"IT TAKES A LOT OF COURAGE TO RELEASE THE FAMILIAR AND SEEMINGLY SECURE, TO EMBRACE THE NEW. BUT THERE IS NO REAL SECURITY IN WHAT IS NO LONGER MEANINGFUL. THERE IS MORE SECURITY IN THE ADVENTUROUS AND EXCITING, FOR IN MOVEMENT THERE IS LIFE, AND IN CHANGE THERE IS POWER."

Meet the teacher...
Hi,
I am Nicole, I completed my 200hr teacher training with the Pranotthan School of Yoga at All That Matters in Wakefield, RI in April 2018. I was initially inspired by my own practice and a desire to gain a deeper understanding of the spiritually and philosophy of yoga as well as the asana (physical practice) of yoga, I was surprised how much I enjoyed teaching. It really shouldn't have come as such a surprise since I love inspiring and guiding people towards wellness and enhanced longevity. When I am not teaching yoga I am a chiropractor and I have a long standing love of human anatomy and working with the innate wisdom of the body, cultivating the healing and health potential in each individual. I quickly realized that teaching yoga was just another form of what I love to do but offered my students a deeper connection with their own inner wisdom and understanding of what their body needs. It is my belief that humans need to be more curious about their bodies and how they are moving throughout their day to day. Please Join me - Tuesdays 5-5:50pm, for a gentle class exploring movement, breath and deep relaxation. An excellent way to wind down your day and prepare for rest and relaxation. |
